Humidity, temperature, voltage consistency, and service availability all affect which brands and models are the right choice for an Indonesian build. A chiller rated for 20°C ambient doesn't maintain its target temperature during Bali's dry season peak. A sauna heater without a local service center becomes a problem the first time something needs replacing. A cryochamber with a liquid nitrogen supply dependency is fine in Jakarta and extremely difficult in Makassar.
We source from verified manufacturers in Europe, the US, Korea, and China — matching the specification to the application and the location. For equipment categories where premium European brands are worth the cost (sauna heaters, float tank systems, cryochambers), we spec them. For categories where quality Asian manufacturers deliver equivalent performance at significantly lower cost (infrared cabins, red light panels, bioimpedance stations), we use them.
Every piece of equipment we supply, we install. We manage the full import chain — purchase order, export documentation, shipping, Indonesian customs clearance, delivery to site — and we commission every unit to manufacturer specification. Staff training is included for every piece of client-facing equipment.
