The wellness center market in Indonesia has a problem: almost everything being built is either a traditional spa dressed up with modern branding, or a technically competent facility with zero understanding of what drives revenue — which is flow, not aesthetics.
We built our first wellness infrastructure for our own operations in Bali. Sauna, ice bath, chiller systems. That work taught us what good construction requires in this climate, what equipment actually performs here, and what separates a center with 70% utilization from one with 30%.
