Mandalika builds are more complex to coordinate than standalone builds, but we have the process.
Equipment arrives via sea freight to Lembar port (west Lombok) or by air freight to Lombok International for time-sensitive items. We manage all import documentation, port clearance, and last-mile delivery to site. For Gili Islands projects, this adds a sea transfer stage which we also coordinate.
