Wellness center construction is not standard fit-out work. Every zone has specialist requirements that a regular contractor won't understand — and getting it wrong costs more to fix than to do right the first time.
A sauna room requires vapor barriers, specific kiln-dried wood lining, correct bench geometry and airflow, and door seals that prevent moisture loss. An ice bath room needs thermal insulation and waterproofing to a standard that maintains sub-12°C temperatures without condensation problems in a tropical building. A salt room needs its own separate HVAC zone with humidity control; without it, the halogenerator corrodes everything in the adjacent space within a year.
We manage specialist trades across every zone of the facility. Our own team handles the technically demanding elements — sauna room lining, float tank pit construction, cryochamber installation rooms. General construction works are managed through vetted local contractors in each location, supervised by our project managers.
One team, one contract. You don't coordinate between an architect, a general contractor, a sauna specialist, and a float tank installer. We handle all of it and are accountable for the whole result.
